Our Story

 

Landmark Mortgage Co. was established in Salem, Oregon in 1983 by Curt Lawrence and Bill Tucker, who still remain active in the company.  The initial focus was to provide homeowners and prospective buyers in Salem and the mid-Willamette Valley area with access to loan products and programs which were otherwise not available.  As that goal has been realized and expanded upon, the company has continued to be a reliable and competitive source for meeting Oregonian's home financing needs.

 

Landmark has been an integral part of the dynamic evolution which has (and continues) to take place in the mortgage origination industry.  Now a full service brokerage and correspondent lender, we offer a wide variety of lending products including conventional, FHA, VA, ODVA, construction loans, reverse mortgages and private financing.

 

Needless to say, being in the business for almost 25 years means that we have experienced many types of markets and learned valuable lessons.  The experience that comes with our longevity helps guide our decisions for the future.
